Viagra Side Effects and What Women Say
After writing my show on “Cialis Side Effects, A Wife’s Perspective”, I began receiving emails asking me when I was going to do a report on Viagra.
This was going to seize some research. Sure, I could go online and come by out what anyone else could find out, gather the information, and write a few lines, but I wanted to do more than that. But I had already gotten the information I could from friends when it came to the Cialis article – where was I going to fetch more?
Two sources: friends of friends and parties. Acquire it or not, the friends of friends were a bit harder to draw out than the women I met at parties. Perhaps the alcohol had something to do with it. I did tend to troll after the drunker women at those parties, corner then, and then bring the conversation around to my writing and the article I’d already written. These drunken women would then say something to the do, “I wish you’d of asked me, I could have told you…(fill in the blank). Ahhhh, the wonders of vodka, how it loosens the tongue!
In my defense, I was honest enough to teach these women that I was planning another article, this time on Viagra, and if they had anything to say about that I’d be glad to deem their remarks when writing the piece. Lord, I wish I’d of brought a tape recorder, that’s all I’ve got to say there! Or that there had been a real “little girl’s room” instead of just a regular venerable bathroom at these parties so that we could have some privacy for a while. In any event, I think I got the steady scoop on Viagra from what the women say.
Let’s originate here with side effects. According to Pfizer, who makes Viagra, the side effects are minimal. Isn’t it funny that all pharmaceutical manufacturers say that about their drugs? In any event, Pfizer says that the side effects are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. A man may also vision abnormalities, but that is less common. Pfizer also claims that few men quit taking the drug because of these side effects, and that the side effects become less severe over time.
I found a somewhat different tale when I reviewed an online bulletin board regarding this issue. Many men quit taking the drug because of the side effects; furthermore, for many men the upset stomach and headache is quite severe. Tachycardia, bloodshot eyes (guy said, “like I was stoned” – maybe he was) sweating, nasal congestion, assist pain were also complaints on this site.
The women I talked with confirmed these side effects, especially the headache, upset stomach, nasal congestion, and tachycardia. This doesn’t mean these are the only or main side effect. It fair means that these are the side effects that the men that these women are married to experienced.
How did they deal with it? One man who had tachycardia switched to Cialis. Two men, both who suffered from headaches, cleave their dose in half and one of those crop it again after that. Their wives confirmed that this seemed to help the dilemma. One guy who had stomach issues took antacids about 10-15 minutes after taking his blue pill. Another guy took antacids BEFORE taking his blue pill. The guy with nasal congestion bitched a lot and then quit the drug. His wife is now talking about quitting him.
A couple of the women had been lucky have husbands who had prescriptions to both Viagra and Cialis. These women were purring when they described their sex life as hot and heavy on the Viagra nights but much more spontaneous when using Cialis. When asked which they preferred, one picked Viagra and one chose Cialis. So it was a 50-50 proposition.
If you want to better understand the differences between Viagra and Cialis, I suggest you read my other article, “Cialis Side Effects: A Wife’s Perspective” because there I explain how sexual relations differ with the different medications. I’m not going to cover that again here. The site for the article will be at the end of this article.
However, I will tell you how to get some Viagra and where NOT to get some Viagra. Men, ask your doctor for a sample. Almost every GP and urologist has got samples of this stuff. Pfizer puts the samples in these 4 pill packs. No one ever tells you that it’s okay to cut the pills in half. Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor, nor have I ever taken the drug BUT from the reports I’ve read and heard, it is okay to cut it in half, even in fourths if necessary. Your doctor, when he or she gives you the sample will probably also give you a coupon for ten dollars off your first purchase of Viagra.
Now, the place where you should NOT buy the drug is from one of these jack leg places online. The bulletin board I reviewed had plenty of them – the “click here” kind of place, the ones who promise to get it for you cheaper, blah blah blah. You mean to tell me you trust your penis to these people? We’re not talking about your pinkie, we’re talking about your wang, dong, whatever you want to call it. Who knows what will be in the junk they send you. If nothing else there may be nothing in what they send you and then you’re out the bucks you could have been putting toward some real Viagra.
Besides, you don’t want to be the guy I write about in my next article, do you?
